The museum introduces the life and work of Jun’ichi Watanabe, the Naoki Award-winning novelist who wrote "Shitsurakuen"(Paradise Lost), which captivated many readers.
 
Don’t miss the display room, where you can understand the literary world of Watanabe through books, handwritten manuscripts, galley proofs and special exhibits. Notes and manuscripts document the growth of this bestselling author.

Closed: Mon. (if the Mon. is a nat’l holiday, then closed that Tue. instead), year-end holidays and New Year’s holidays.
Hours: 9:30AM - 6PM from Mar. to Sept.; 9:30AM - 5:30PM from Oct. to Feb.; last admission 30 min. before closing
Admission: 300 yen for adults (200 yen for groups of 20 or more)
