Odori and Susukino sites' map

The addresses in Central Sapporo use the North/ South and East/West orientations. The North/South blocs are not exactly delimited by the streets, so please keep in mind that this map is approximate. The frontier between North and South is Odori Avenue. The frontier between East and West is Soseigawa River, East of TV Tower. Due to road works, the river may not be seen in some places.

Odori site

Place of rest for Sapporo citizens, Odori Park, with its lines of snow sculptures, is the main site of the Snow Festival.
Come and enjoy the big snow sculptures, white on day light, and illuminated at night. You can also enjoy the illuminations in Ekimae Avenue (until 22 hours).

Odori Park is located 10 min walk from Sapporo JR Station. It takes 2 min by Subway from Sapporo Subway Station (Nanboku Line – adult /200 yen, child /100 yen). .

An international snow sculpture contest will be held at the Odori West 11, the West part of Odori Park. You will easily find the place thanks to the wooden tree “Mai Baum” offered by the German city of Munich. You can go there on foot, or by subway (Nishi 11 chome Station – one station from Odori Station, on Tozai Line). Connoisseurs have to see this.
