A French restaurant near Sapporo Station where you can enjoy Hokkaido wild game meat
CAMARADE SAPPORO is a French restaurant directly managed by the “ELEZO” meat chef collective, based in Tokaichi, Hokkaido, which carries out everything from hunting, butchering and aging the meat, to final processing. You can enjoy a variety of meats in the form of wild game cuisine and homemade charcuterie (processed meat products). If you are visiting for the first time, please try the classic Hokkaido wild game dish, deer roast. For lunch, they serve charcuterie and course meals at affordable prices. It is also fun to compare the different tastes of the meat of deer, caught in Tokaichi, where the collective is based, and the pigs and chickens grazing on the company’s grounds. If you have the “Chef’s Choice Course (from ¥5,000)” for dinner, there is the possibility that you may encounter rare wild game meat not on the menu. Enjoy it with a delicious Hokkaido wine.
* Wild game: wild animals hunted for food.
